Jerel Sukarangsan, MBA/MHA, CPCO, has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jerel started their career as an Administrative Intern at Oncology Consultants in 2011, where they gained valuable administrative skills. From there, they moved on to work as an Administrative Intern at Harris Health System for a short period. In 2011, they also joined Traver Technologies as a Quality Assurance Project Analyst, further enhancing their skills in quality assurance.

In 2012, Jerel joined The Methodist Hospital System as a Transplant Center Administrative Intern, focusing on the administrative aspects of the transplant center.

In 2013, they went back to Oncology Consultants, taking on the role of Compliance Coordinator. Jerel was later promoted to Compliance Officer, where they focused on ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. In 2016, Jerel became the Director of Quality and Compliance at Oncology Consultants. In this role, they were responsible for managing provider risk across multiple clinic locations, including malpractice risk and documentation and coding compliance. Jerel successfully implemented a medical coding education program to improve provider billing practices.

Jerel also holds another Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, which they acquired from Trinity University between 2005 and 2009.
