Dhyanan Shah, MBA, currently works as an FP&A Consultant at The Oncology Institute since September 2022. Previously, Dhyanan served as Head of Finance at Awano Food Group from August 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing finance teams, implementing month-end close processes, leading annual budget planning, and enhancing financial tracking. Intense analytical strategies at Deloitte & Touche LLP from June 2006 to June 2020 as a Manager in Strategy, Analytics & Business Insights contributed to significant growth, including a $10M increase through predictive analytics and substantial engagement pipelines from tax reforms. Early career experience includes positions as a Data Research Analyst at William O'Neil + Co. Inc. and as a Research Analyst Intern at Oppenheimer & Co.
