David Cross serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida since May 2015, providing HR leadership within the organization. In addition to this role, David is the Central Region Board Chair for Teach For America and a member of the OnCon Senior Council, participating in strategic discussions among HR professionals. Prior experience includes various leadership HR roles at Coca-Cola Refreshments, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Sears Holdings, with a focus on strategic HR support across different divisions and regions. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Northwestern University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
