Lisa Kemph

Lisa Kemph is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Brooks Rehabilitation since July 2020, Lisa manages and directs the HR function to align with the organization's culture and values for over 2,500 employees. Additional roles include membership on the OnCon Senior Council, serving as an HR Consultant at LMK Consulting, and instructing undergraduate courses as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University. Lisa's prior experiences include significant HR leadership positions at Web.com Group, The Bolles School, Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, and CSX, highlighting expertise in talent management, organizational strategy, employee relations, and diversity initiatives. Lisa holds both an MHRM and a BBA in Marketing & Management from the University of North Florida.
