Taylor Vanlandingham

Taylor Vanlandingham possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations within various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a member of the OnCon Senior Council at OnConferences since January 2019, Taylor collaborates with top executives to address industry challenges and trends. Prior experience at Nuclear Care Partners includes serving as Executive Vice President of People, where strategic leadership was provided for a workforce exceeding 2,000 employees. Taylor's achievements there included scaling operations, spearheading an Employee Engagement program, and implementing a new Applicant Tracking System. Additional roles at Nuclear Care Partners and Target demonstrate a strong background in managing HR functions, talent acquisition, and team development. Taylor holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Colorado Boulder.
