Marie Wiik

Marie Wiik has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Marie currently holds the position of Head of Preclinical Operations at Oncopeptides AB, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, Marie was the Chemistry Director at Oncopeptides from August 2021 to December 2022. Marie also has experience at Recipharm, where they served as the Head of Project Management & Group Leader Chemistry from March 2015 to August 2021, and as a Line Manager & Project Manager from June 2015 to March 2021. Before joining Recipharm, Marie worked at OnTarget Chemistry as a Project Manager and Head of HR from May 2012 to March 2021, and as a Research Scientist since 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant through Aktivia ScienceWork at Astra Zeneca in 2009 and gained experience as a Medicinal Chemist and Organic Chemist at Biovitrum from 2001 to 2009.

Marie Wiik is currently pursuing their studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the field of MBA essentials. Prior to that, they earned their MSc degree in Chemistry from Uppsala University.
