Chuck Preecs

Chuck Preecs is an experienced professional in the electric utility industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Performance & Monitoring and the Network Operations Center at Oncor Electric Delivery since April 2018. Prior to this role, Chuck owned CDP Consulting, LLC from January 2014 to April 2018, specializing in IT services centered on IBM Maximo, large program management, enterprise system integration, and application operations. Chuck's previous positions include Director of Fossil Technology at Luminant, Consulting Manager at Hitachi Consulting, and various engineering and managerial roles at TXU, with the company transitioning from Texas Power & Light to Texas Utilities and ultimately to TXU. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate degree in Electric Power Technology from Texas State Technical Institute.
