Don Clevenger

Don Clevenger is the Chief Financial Officer at Oncor Electric Delivery, where Don has held various high-level positions since October 2007. Prior to that, Don worked as a Senior Counsel at TXU Business Services and as a Partner at Hunton & Williams LLP. Don holds a JD from Southern Methodist University and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Clevenger also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.
