Eliana Jaques

Eliana (Elle) Jaques is an Associate Engineer in Transmission Planning at Oncor Electric Delivery since May 2023, where responsibilities include analyzing power flow simulations to enhance grid reliability and proposing infrastructure projects in alignment with ERCOT regulatory standards. Prior experience includes a co-op position as a Cooperative Engineer, and contributions as an Engineering Intern, where a specialized script was developed for monitoring cascading contingencies to improve system reliability. Previously, Eliana worked as a Sales Associate at Kroger, focusing on inventory management and online order fulfillment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Eliana holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Texas, an Associate of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Dallas College, and a High School Diploma from Coppell High School.
