KayLynne Phillips has extensive experience in environmental management and procurement with Oncor Electric Delivery since August 2010. As the Director of Environment, KayLynne oversees a team responsible for managing over $2.2 billion in annual services procurement spend. Previous roles include Waste Operations Manager, where oversight of environmental and waste management initiatives ensured compliance with environmental laws and regulations, and Field Environmental Specialist, focusing on spill management and waste classification. KayLynne holds a Master's Degree in Sustainability and Development from Southern Methodist University, along with a Professional Certificate in Air Quality Engineering and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Environmental Studies and Philosophy from Baylor University.
