Kenneth Govan

Kenneth Govan serves as the Area Manager for Community & Customer Operations at Oncor Electric Delivery since 1999, focusing on engagement with community and municipal opinion leaders while managing key message distribution. Prior to this role, Kenneth operated as a Project Administrator for Asset Management at Oncor from 1992 to 1999, overseeing contract administration for a significant gas-fired power generating asset in Bellingham, WA, and leading a diverse management team. Kenneth holds an MBA in Finance from Dallas Baptist University and a BBA in Business Administration from Jarvis Christian College, with additional educational background from Southern Methodist University.
