Nikki Marley, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Sustainability Manager at Oncor Electric Delivery, where responsibilities include leading project selection and management within the Center for Excellence & Innovation, promoting Lean Six Sigma and Baldrige methodologies, and overseeing process improvements. With prior roles in process improvement and administrative support, Nikki has contributed to enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.
