Roger Prachyl

Roger Prachyl has extensive experience in corporate accounting and SEC reporting, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting and SEC Reporting at Oncor Electric Delivery since April 2015. Prior to this role, Roger held positions as SEC Reporting Manager and Lead Financial Consultant at ONCOR from May 2012 to March 2015. Roger began a career in technical accounting at Luminant, where employment lasted from July 2004 to April 2012. Roger earned an MBA in Finance from East Texas A&M University between 2000 and 2002 and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1981 to 1985. Roger completed secondary education at St. John High School.
