Scott Stubbs

Scott Stubbs has extensive experience in the field of infrastructure management, having worked at Oncor Electric Delivery since November 2009. In their current role as Infrastructure Manager, Scott collaborates with business partners to deploy and maintain top-notch infrastructure support. Previously, Scott held positions such as DMS Team Member and T&D Manager, focusing on areas such as change management, root cause analysis, and compliance with CIP standards. Before joining Oncor, Scott worked at Capgemini as a Service Delivery Manager and at TXU as a Senior SE. Scott holds an Associate degree in General Studies from Midland College and has also attended Lubbock Christian University for Business.
