Susan Philip

Susan Philip, MBA, is a seasoned professional in disaster recovery and customer experience management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Resiliency & Recovery at Oncor Electric Delivery since January 2010. In this role, Susan is responsible for the execution of the Disaster Recovery Program, overseeing innovative capital investment projects and operational activities related to disaster recovery. Previously, Susan held positions as Product Manager and Project Manager, focusing on customer-focused technologies and project management. Prior to Oncor, experience was gained at Capgemini Energy as a Business Consultant and Business Application Specialist. Susan holds an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Science with a focus on Physics, Electronics, and Math from Bangalore University and St. Joseph's Arts and Science College.
