Brian Merrion

Brian Merrion is an experienced real estate professional specializing in commercial and investment sales and leasing. Currently serving as a Senior Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial since January 2019, Brian founded the BAM Real Estate Group to deliver exceptional expertise in real estate transactions. Previously, as the Director of Commercial & Investment Sales at Climb Real Estate Group, Brian established the Commercial & Investment Sales Division, significantly contributing to the firm's growth before its acquisition by Coldwell Banker. Brian also founded City Point Realty, growing the brokerage to over 30 associates and achieving sales exceeding $850 million. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead Event Manager at Volkswagen of America and Business Development Analyst at Econobroker.com. Brian holds degrees from Loyola University Chicago and the Illinois Institute of Technology, along with strong foundational education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Hinsdale Central.
