John Drew

John Drew is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate services. As the Managing Partner at Coldwell Banker Commercial since September 2024, John also serves as the Principal of JDREW, LLC since June 2002. Previously, John held senior roles including Senior Vice President & Managing Partner at The Norton Agency from October 2012 to December 2024, and Vice President at The Staubach Company from June 2000 to June 2002. Earlier in their career, John was the First Vice President at CB Richard Ellis for 16 years and worked as a Marketing and Leasing Manager at Cousins Properties, Inc. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Business, and Human Services from Mercer University, and has furthered education at The Wharton School.
