Bernardo Hernandez Adame

Director of Machine Learning Engineering at OnCorps

Bernardo Hernandez Adame has a diverse background in research and machine learning engineering. Bernardo is currently working as the Director of Machine Learning Engineering at OnCorps since December 2021. Prior to this, they were an AI Research Scientist at 1910 Genetics from February 2021 to December 2021, where they led the development of a GNN molecular property prediction platform. Bernardo also has experience as an Applied Micro-fluidics researcher at UCLA Mathematics from 2019 to 2021, where they presented their work at conferences and published in APS Physical Review Letters E. Additionally, Bernardo has conducted research at MIT School of Science in various fields such as QML, Geometric Analysis, Numerical PDEs, and Geometric Flows. Bernardo has presented their work at conferences and collaborated with professors and graduate students in these fields. Bernardo's research interests include computational biology, mathematical modeling, and AI-driven small molecule and protein design.

Bernardo Hernandez Adame completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Applied Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2020. Afterward, they pursued further studies at the University of Southern California, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Computational and Applied Mathematics from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their degrees, they also earned a certification in Masters of Arts Applied Mathematics from the University of Southern California in December 2021. Furthermore, they continued their educational journey at the University of Southern California, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics from 2020 to 2021.
