Arul Sugunakumar

Arul Sugunakumar currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Oncourse Home Solutions, focusing on technology solutions that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. Previously, Arul held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Pampered Chef, overseeing technology and contact center initiatives across North America and Europe. Earlier career positions include Director IT Infrastructure and ERP and Director IT Infrastructure & Operations at Pampered Chef, as well as Director IT Infrastructure & Operations at Acquity Group - Accenture. Arul's experience is complemented by a strong foundation in technical architecture from Aon Hewitt and consulting roles at Chicago Systems Group and JC Whitney. Arul holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University and a Master’s in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, along with a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bharathiar University.
