Datta Dixit

Datta Dixit is an experienced leader in engineering and architecture, currently serving as Head of Architecture and Integration Engineering at Oncourse Home Solutions since October 2023. Previously, Datta held multiple positions at WW from April 2005 to September 2023, ultimately advancing to Sr. Director of Engineering. In this role, Datta oversaw an e-commerce platform generating approximately $1.5 billion in annual revenue and was instrumental in the strategic roadmap and tactical management of the technology team to align with a global omnichannel strategy. Datta significantly optimized processes, reducing the launch timeline for new countries from six months to six weeks and minimizing compliance burdens across various standards. Additionally, Datta developed a cloud-hosted global commerce platform and expanded engineering teams while fostering leadership within the organization. Datta earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
