Michael Lauterbach

Michael Lauterbach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in purchasing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Purchasing & Supplier Quality Engineering at Ondal Medical Systems GmbH since March 2016, Michael oversees multiple departments and focuses on implementing category management strategies. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at PROTEGO® as Leiter Einkauf & Logistik, where strategic sourcing teams were established, and at ADCURAM Group AG as a Supply Chain & Purchasing Expert, leading optimization projects. Further experience includes serving as European Purchasing Manager at Nordson Engineering GmbH, where Michael managed significant procurement operations, and as Lead Consultant at QP Group, achieving over €180M in cost savings. Michael began their career at Byk Gulden as a Project Manager for Strategic Sourcing, specializing in supplier qualification and management. Michael holds a Dipl.
