Jerry Yohananov

Jerry Yohananov is an experienced financial executive and strategic advisor, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at WINR, where the focus is on innovative advertising solutions through the AdGate™ platform. With a career spanning over three decades, Jerry has held key financial leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer at OnDeck Australia since December 2016, and previously at SocietyOne, TrustDefender, and NextGen Gaming. Jerry also served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at KPNQwest and held a senior management position at KPMG Audit. Jerry's academic background includes a degree from the Florida State University - College of Business, earned between 1984 and 1987.
