Lauren Verno

Lauren Verno is an experienced professional with a background in news media. Lauren has held various roles since 2012, beginning with a position as a News Reporter at WUFT News. In 2013, they were Senate President at the University of Florida. From 2014-2016, they were a News Anchor/Reporter at WCJB TV20. Lauren then moved to Bay News 9, where they were a Reporter from 2016-2019. In 2019, they became Morning News Anchor/Consumer Investigative Reporter at WJXT. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Vice President of Communications at OnDefend. Additionally, in 2012, they were a Runner at NBC News, where they assisted and coordinated national correspondents and news executives for major events.
