Vicki Mola

Vicki Mola has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Vicki began their career in 2012 as a General Manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar. In 2013, they moved to Buffalo Wild Wings where they held the roles of Service Manager, Hospitality Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Operations General Manager. In 2004, they began working at Sbr Enterprises LLC as the Director of Operations for Buffalo Wild Wings Franchisee and also held the role of General Manager. Most recently, in 2022, Vicki began working as a Technical Program Manager at OnDefend.

Vicki Mola is currently enrolled in the Cybersecurity Professional Program at the University of Central Florida, with a focus on Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). Vicki previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology & Criminal Justice from Florida State University in 2003. Vicki also holds an Associate of Arts from Tallahassee Community College.
