Arlette Baak

Arlette Baak is an experienced researcher and project leader currently holding medior roles at Onderzoeksbureau ZorgfocuZ and Onderzoeksbureau Enneüs since March 2022. Previously, Arlette worked as an investigator at SAMEEN and has held various positions including recruiter at Daan BV and shop advisor at T-Mobile, where customer needs were addressed. Arlette also served as a trainer at CNV Vakmensen, providing workshops to vocational students, and has experience coaching talent at Young Talent Factory. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Theory & History of Psychology from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Hanze University, supplemented by studies in journalism.
