Kwong is a finance professional with 20+ years of leadership roles in industries such as biotechnology/pharmaceutical, manufacturing/distribution, real estate and start-ups. His experience includes public company reporting and regulatory compliance in TSX, TSX-V and NASDAQ, M&A due diligence, internal controls implementation, tax strategies, and improving financial and operational efficiencies. He has led the reverse take over (RTO) of a TSX-V company and was instrumental in raising equity financing of CAD$25 million.
