Elí Flores

Elí Flores is currently a Facilitador del componente habilidades para la vida, working with young people and older adults, including migrants, since 2018. Previously, Elí served as an Analista de R.H at FERROCENTRO from 2013 to 2018, and as a psicólogo at CAPUCOM S.A DE C.V, where they coordinated human resources activities and provided psycho-pedagogical support. Elí also held roles as an Asistente de RR.HH at both MOPTVDU and Loteria Nacional de Beneficiencia earlier in their career. Currently, Elí is pursuing a Maestria en Derechos Humanos y Educación para la Paz at Universidad de El Salvador.
