Anuja Phatak

Anuja Phatak has extensive work experience in software development and project management. Anuja joined Ondot Media in 2020 as an Associate Director of Software Development, where they established development standards, equipped the team with the necessary tools, and maintained ongoing communication. Prior to that, they worked at Cotiviti from 2011 to 2020, initially as a Technical Project Manager and later as a Project Manager for Scrum. In these roles, they led agile transition efforts, managed distributed scrum teams, and oversaw end-to-end product development for US healthcare insurance clients. From 2007 to 2011, Anuja served as a Project Lead at Care Management International, where they managed a team of 10 and ensured timely project deliveries.

Anuja Phatak completed a Master of Science degree in Biometry, Health and nutrition from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1992 to 1994. Anuja then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, General from Abasaheb Garware College, MES from 1990 to 1992.

In terms of certifications, Anuja obtained a Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrumalliance in 2015, and a PMP Certification classroom Training in Project Management from Simplilearn in 2014. Anuja also completed a Diploma in E-Commerce from Aptech in 2002.

Furthermore, Anuja obtained additional certifications including SAFe 4 Agilist (4.6) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2019.
