Els van Den Bulck

Els Van den Bulck has extensive experience in program and financial control, currently serving as Program Controller at ONDRAF/NIRAS since November 2020. Prior to this role, Els held positions as a Business Controller at VITO, PMO Cost Controller at Belgoprocess, and Sr Counsellor and Admin Officer at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the UAE. Notably, Els also spent nearly 18 years at Praxair, Inc., culminating in the role of Program Management Office Manager.
