Carolyne Nafula

Carolyne Nafula is an accomplished human resource professional currently serving as the Kenya People Business Partner at One Acre Fund since July 2022. With extensive experience at PwC Kenya from January 2013 to June 2022, Carolyne held several leadership positions, including Manager of People and Organisation and Team Lead for HR Advisory Services, where transformational human resource engagements and organisational culture transformation were focal points. Earlier roles at PKF East Africa as a Senior HR and Institutional Development Consultant involved consultancy assignments for diverse sectors, emphasizing job analysis, strategic planning, and performance management. Carolyne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi and completed education at Moi Girls High School in Eldoret.
