Grant Mphamba

Grant Mphamba currently serves as the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator at One Acre Fund, having transitioned from the role of Compensation and Benefits Intern. Responsibilities include processing payroll for approximately 500 staff and ensuring compliance with tax regulations, along with auditing financial statements and reconciling discrepancies. Previously, Grant worked as the Assistant Finance and Administration Officer at Youth for Development and Productivity (YODEP), where tasks involved preparing financial reports, processing payments, and assisting in project budget preparation and auditing. Additionally, Grant has experience as a Data Entry Clerk at One Acre Fund. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Malawi, completed in April 2022.
