Isabel Phiri

Isabel Phiri has extensive experience in operations and impact management within the agricultural sector, currently serving as the Zambia Field Operations and Impact Associate at One Acre Fund since January 2018. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing activities to drive program adoption, overseeing monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) for quality data collection and impact assessment, and managing team performance with a focus on professional development. Isabel has held multiple roles at One Acre Fund, including Senior Project Operations Specialist and Program Innovation Coordinator, contributing to strategic planning and the execution of innovative projects that enhance program delivery. Isabel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science with Public Administration from The University of Zambia and a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Lusaka.
