Lydia Dushimimana

Lydia Dushimimana serves as the Culture and Staff Engagement Senior Coordinator at One Acre Fund since October 2022, focusing on organizational culture, leadership development, and employee engagement. Lydia is dedicated to creating inclusive and trust-driven workplaces that foster team collaboration and enhance employee experiences. Prior to this role, Lydia worked as a Culture Coordinator and Intern at Tubura, concentrating on staff satisfaction and psychological safety. Lydia also has experience as a Customer Relations professional at Moshions and as a Marketing Coordinator at Sensitive LTD Rwanda, where responsibilities included promoting various products and services to diverse communities.
