Ruth Dawn Achillah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Lead at One Acre Fund, Ruth Achillah spearheads initiatives aimed at enhancing the professional growth of staff through a comprehensive global talent development strategy. Previously, Ruth Achillah held several positions at Global Health Corps, culminating in the role of Director of Fellowships, where efforts included reimagining training programs for emerging leaders in healthcare and implementing leadership development initiatives. Earlier career roles include Program Manager at Try Medics and various managerial positions at Standard Chartered Bank, where Ruth Achillah achieved significant professional advancement. Ruth Achillah holds an M.B.A. in Global MBA in Green Energy and Sustainable Businesses from Bologna Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Uganda Christian University.
