Ruth Njoroge

Ruth Njoroge is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles spanning over seven years. Currently serving as a Senior Global HR Specialist at One Acre Fund, Ruth leads onboarding initiatives and manages new staff data within Success Factors. Prior experience includes a Human Capital Associate position at Ilara Health, where Ruth successfully orchestrated recruitment processes and developed HR reports.
