Tina Ndolo

Tina Ndolo currently serves as the Director of Global HR at One Acre Fund since September 2021. Previously, Tina held the position of Head of HR for the Kenya & East Africa Cluster at the British Council from May 2019 to August 2021, overseeing HR responsibilities across multiple countries in the East and Horn of Africa, including Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Sudan, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda. Tina's prior experience also includes serving as the Human Resource Manager for Africa at SOFGEN Africa Ltd. from December 2010 to April 2019, where responsibilities encompassed establishing an effective HR function tailored to meet local needs while adhering to group policies and compliance. Tina obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya Institute of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Kenyatta University.
