Yael Hartmann

Yael Hartmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy and government relations, currently serving as the Global Director of Policy & Government Relations at One Acre Fund since August 2023. Previously, Yael worked in partnerships at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and held the position of Director of Global Government Relations at One Acre Fund from July 2017 to March 2022, focusing on government relations in Burundi and strategic communications for Rwanda. Prior to this, Yael served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Strategic Communications Group at RJI Capital, leading reputation management campaigns for high-profile clients, and began a career in financial public relations at Bliss Integrated Communication. Educational credentials include a Master of International Affairs in Economic Development from Columbia University, a Master's degree from the Hertie School of Governance, and a Bachelor of Science along with a Bachelor's in French Literature from Georgetown University.
