Head Of CRM Systems And Digital Engineering at One Albania

Brian Gjoka has extensive experience in IT and CRM systems and applications. Brian most recently served as the Head of CRM Systems and Digital Engineering at One Albania since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Telekom Albania | Deutsche Telekom for 5 years as an IT CRM Systems & Applications Senior Specialist. Brian also held the position of Billing Systems Senior Specialist at the same company from 2012 to 2015. Before joining Telekom Albania, Brian worked at Primo Communications | Telekom Slovenia Group as a Billing & CRM Systems Engineer and IT Network Support from 2009 to 2012.

Brian Gjoka obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Small & Medium Enterprises Business Administration/Management from the European University of Tirana between 2015 and 2017. Brian also holds a M.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Tirana, earned from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a B.A in Mathematics and Informatics Engineering at the University of Tirana from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained several certifications, including Leadership Training from AIEx - Austrian Institute of Excellence in 2023, ITIL® v3 Training from ITCE in 2021, and Oracle Database certifications from Oracle and ICT Solutions in 2018 and 2011, respectively. Brian also has a certification in PHP & MySQL Web Applications Development, obtained in 2013.
