Marinela Benga has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Marinela currently works as the Head of Talent Management & Organizational Performance at ONE Albania, where they develop and implements strategies to maximize organizational efficiency. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company. Marinela has also worked at Telekom Albania, where they held various positions including Human Resources Acting Manager, Head of Recruitment & Organizational Development Section, and Recruitment & Development Senior Specialist. Marinela began their career at Telekom Albania as a Call Center Coordinator and later became a Call Center Shift Supervisor.
