ROVENA KAPO has extensive experience in procurement and operations management, currently serving as Team Manager in Marcom and General Administration Group Procurement at One Albania since February 2015, in addition to leading the Strategic Sourcing and Operations Section within the Procurement & Logistics Department. Previous roles include Procurement Manager at Lotaria Kombëtare by Austrian Lotteries and Procurement Specialist at Plus Communication. A foundational career at Vodafone as a Purchasing Coordinator and at UNHCR as a Legal Protection Clerk provided valuable insights into various aspects of procurement and legal frameworks. ROVENA KAPO holds a Master of Science in International and Commercial Law from the University of New York Tirana.
