Prshant Batra is a seasoned professional in the fintech industry, currently serving as GM-One@Work at ONE since September 2023, where leadership is focused on the Earned Wage Access Initiative. Batra oversees operations, product development, and revenue strategies for ONE@Work, enhancing employee access to earned wages. Previously, Batra founded WageFi and held key roles at Goldman Sachs as Head of Risk Infrastructure for Marcus and Chief Technology Officer at Power Finance Inc., contributing to significant projects like the Apple Credit Card launch. Additional experience includes positions at American Express as Senior Manager and Credit Risk Manager, where Batra received the prestigious Chairman Award.
