Chip Griffith

Chip Griffith, CCUE, currently serves as the SVP Retail Sales and Operations and Regional President at OneAZ Credit Union since March 2018. Prior to this, Chip worked at MidFirst Bank from February 2009 to March 2018, holding the position of Vice President Regional Manager, overseeing sales, service, and staffing for the South Region, as well as serving as Banking Center Manager in the Tempe market. Earlier experience includes the role of Branch Sales Manager at HSBC from June 2003 to February 2009. Chip's education includes an Executive Leadership designation from CUNA School of Management (2022-2024), a course in Leadership and Corporate Venturing from The Wharton School (2022), a BA in Business from The Evergreen State College (1997-1999), and an Associate of Arts from Grays Harbor College (1995-1997).
