Christina Flores

Christina Flores currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer at OneAZ Credit Union since July 2024. Prior to this role, Christina was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Logix Federal Credit Union from July 2015 to July 2024, where leadership involved overseeing People Operations, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams. Christina's career also includes a significant tenure at Chase from January 2001 to July 2015, culminating in the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where strategic leadership focused on high-volume recruiting for consumer and community banking on the West Coast. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning from Pepperdine University, an Executive Education from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global, and current studies towards a PhD in Holistic Life Counseling at the University of Sedona.
