Emma Payne

Emma Payne is a dynamic business operations manager with 30 years of professional experience. Currently serving as Business Operations Manager at One Basin CRC since July 2022, Emma specializes in managing partnerships and stakeholders across regional Australia. Previous roles include Office Coordinator at the University of Melbourne, Training Manager and Payroll & Rostering Project Manager at The Royal Children's Hospital, and Executive Assistant at St John of God Health Care and the Australian Red Cross. Emma has also contributed significantly to Ramsay Health Care as Project Implementation Quality Lead for a nationwide payroll system rollout.
