For more than six years, Matt has led the end-to-end operations for One Call’s comprehensive suite of solutions. In his current role as senior vice president of operations, he is responsible for business process outsourcing [BPO], automation initiatives, process improvements, cost containment, and productivity enhancements.
During his 25-year career in healthcare, Matt has been responsible for overseeing claims adjudication and ancillary network process improvement initiatives, as well as developing client experience programs focused on employee engagement, client retention, and provider satisfaction. Prior to One Call, Matt held senior management roles with Coventry, Concentra, CareCentrix, and UnitedHealth Group.
Matt holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's degree in general management from PennWest California.
