Heladio Flores was born and raised in Puebla, Mexico, and moved to Madison in the summer of 2001. At a young age, Heladio started working in the foodservice industry. From bussing tables to being a waiter, and later having the opportunity to work in the kitchen where he developed a passion for cooking. He also has experience working as a shift manager for four years which gave him the skills to serve customers on a professional level. For the last seven years, Heladio had worked as a floor technician.
In his free time, you’ll find him spending time with his family or cycling across Madison.
