Boaz Shalev has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Boaz started their career as a Developer at SYNEL MLL PayWay Ltd. in 1998 and worked there until 2001. Boaz then joined Synel Industries Ltd. and served as an Information System Analyst from 2001 to 2004. During this time, they worked with strategic customers and provided customized solutions. From 2004 to 2007, Boaz was a Senior Project Development Manager at Synel Industries Ltd., where they managed complex projects for leading companies and government institutions.

In 2007, Boaz joined ONE City as a Senior Director of Software Engineering. Boaz was responsible for managing the Development Department and designing core system architectures. Boaz also led scrum masters, systems analysts, and programmers and developed software infrastructures for business intelligence and integrative interfaces. In 2014, Boaz was promoted to Senior Vice President at ONE City, where they managed a business division engaged in designing and implementing information systems for enterprise customers. Boaz played a key role in business development, market analysis, and website development. Boaz also developed and adjusted product bundles to meet market requirements.

Boaz Shalev earned an Associates degree in Information Systems Analyst from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 1999-2001. Boaz then pursued a degree in Engineering, specializing in Computer Science, from the same institution, completing it in 1995-1997. Following this, they attended the Ruppin Academic Center's Summary and completed a MA in Business Manager, specializing in Information Systems in 2002-2004. Finally, Boaz Shalev pursued an MBA degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and International Marketing, from the Ruppin Academic Center's Summary in 2009-2011.
