Rafael Amar

Rafael Amar has a diverse work experience that showcases their expertise in digital functions and team management. Beginning in 2002, they worked as an Information Technology Specialist for 013 Netvision, where they honed their skills in this field until 2005. Subsequently, they joined Bezeq as a Software Development Team Lead and held this position until 2020. During this time, they gained leadership experience and expertise in software development. In 2020, Amar joined ONE City as an R&D Manager, responsible for overseeing the digital department's budget and leading a team of digital professionals. By 2023, they were promoted to R&D Director, taking charge of all digital functions within the municipality, including budgeting, staff management, customer service, sales, marketing, and quality control. Overall, Rafael Amar has consistently demonstrated their ability to successfully manage digital operations and lead teams effectively.

Rafael Amar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Ariel University between 2009 and 2012. Previously, between 2000 and 2002, they studied Computer Software Engineering at Tel Aviv University.
