Aileen Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Aileen currently works as a Demand Generation Specialist for North America at One Click LCA since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at French Brothers as a Marketing and Brand Manager from July 2020 to April 2023. In this role, they led the marketing team in developing strategic marketing plans and campaigns for a new home builder in southern New Mexico. During their tenure, they significantly increased web traffic and online conversions through data-driven analysis and focusing on ROI and brand identity. Aileen also served as a Marketing and Design Assistant at French Brothers from April 2018 to July 2020, where they managed all marketing channels, collaborated on major company events, and oversaw the new home design process for customers. Before joining French Brothers, Aileen worked at Infusion Coffee & Tea as an Assistant General Manager from June 2017 to March 2018. In this role, they oversaw the operations of a regional coffee chain and managed over 50 employees, implementing new standards and procedures across all locations. Aileen also has experience as a Freelance self-employed professional in writing, research, and design from January 2015 to May 2017. Their earliest work experience was at Great Basin National Park, where they served as a Visual Information Specialist and Artist in Residence Program Manager from May 2011 to December 2015. In this role, they oversaw the implementation of a new branding and communications strategy, designed and edited the park's newspaper, and redesigned outdoor signage to increase accessibility and engagement.
Aileen Carroll obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Boston University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Aileen Carroll obtained a certification in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy in September 2022.
