Martin McGrenaghan

Martin McGrenaghan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martin began their career as a Student Civil Engineer at FP McCann, where they oversaw the progress of various projects and introduced a traffic management system. Martin then worked as a Graduate Site Engineer at Conway Group, where they demonstrated their competent ability to carry out on-site duties and develop site substructure schemes.

In 2009, Martin joined Carphone Warehouse as a Sales Consultant, assisting customers and undertaking back-office responsibilities. Martin then transitioned to Brookvent as a Business Development Manager, strategically developing new business and securing specifications for residential ventilation systems.

Martin gained experience in technical recruitment as a Technical Recruitment Consultant at Wellington Professional Recruitment, where they worked closely with candidates and clients in the manufacturing and mechanical and electrical contracting sector. Martin then joined Spirax Sarco as an Area Sales Engineer, managing and developing business in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Moving forward, Martin held the position of Senior Area Sales Manager at Donaldson, where they developed successful business plans, acquired new key accounts, and handled monthly reporting. Martin later joined carbonfit as a Customer Success Manager, playing a crucial role in streamlining carbon and energy calculation, reporting, and reduction processes.

Currently, Martin is working at One Click LCA as a Business Development Manager, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Martin McGrenaghan attended Ulster University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Construction Engineering and Management with a field of study in Built Environment. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Domestic Ventilation Systems from BPEC.
